Air-screen Cleaner

Function:

It can clean light impurities through vertical air screen and the vibration grader can clean big and small impurities. The material can be classified into big, medium and small size with different layers of sieves. This machine can separate the stone different size with grain/seed, but can not remove the same size ones with grain or seed.

We use high quality rubber balls to avoid jamming of the mesh. All the sizes of meshes can be custom-made.

Structure

It consists of Bucket Elevator, Dust Catcher (cyclone), double Vertical Screen, vibration Sieve and Grain Exits.

One fan, two vibration motors, three motors (fan, elevator, rotary discharging valve)

Fan motor: 7.5KW

Vibration motors: 0.55X2KW

Elevator motor: 0.75kw

Rotary discharging valve: 0.75KW

Total: 10.1KW

Voltage: 380V, 50HZ, three phases

Finished product/impurity outlet:

First layer: Big impurities like leaves, stalk. Using 10.0 or 12mm round hole.

Second layer: Bigger grains  

Third layer : Smaller Grains.

Outlet under screen sieves: small impurities

Outlet under cyclone: dust, light impurity
