Almond Dehulling Machine
Almond/Apricot/Hazelnut Processing
There are three steps for almond processing:
1. Calibrating nuts to be 4 or 6 sizes.
2. Dehulling each size separately.
3. Fine separation of shells from kernels.
Step 1. Almond Calibrating Machine This part is designed to grade or calibrate nuts to be 4 to 6 sizes. We use long-square-hole screens with rubble balls inside the grading chambers. On the diagram, there are three calibrators which can get 6 sizes. You can also choose two calibrators to get 4 sizes according to your raw materials. In some countries, stones are mixed in nuts, processors need one de-stoner in front of the calibrator.
Power: 2.0 Kw 380V, 50HZ
Dimension: 8.7 * 1.3 * 2.0 m
Capacity: 800-1000Kg/hour
Weight:500kgs
Step 2. Almond Sheller
This part is designed to de-hull almond.
Calibrated almonds are elevated to de-huller and cracked there. The de-huller's
rollers can be adjusted to handle nuts with different sizes.
After de-hulling, kernels will be separated and un-hulled
almond will be conveyed automatically for next
round de-hulling.

Step 3. Almond Shells Separating In this part, mixture of husk and kernels are finally separated. There are two gravity separators used here and materials are recycled to ensure the separation result.
